DJA Senior Facilitator and Consultant
Liz Zorn is a practicing school psychologist in Illinois. Her work experience spans K-12 public education in urban and suburban settings. Her work in the schools has fostered a passion for social justice as it relates to K-12 education and young people. Over the past three school years, Liz and her school district have partnered with DeEtta to embed Diversity and Inclusion in everyday learning, while connecting their work with Social Emotional Learning and Student Engagement.
Liz earned her Educational Specialist degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (Ed.S). Prior, she earned a Bachelors in Science undergraduate degree from Cornell University, majoring in Human Development and minoring in Policy Analysis and Management. In addition to her career in education, Liz is a dedicated youth sports coach. She coaches high school and club girls ice hockey and has coached for Girls on the Run, America Scores and Chicago Little Sluggers. Liz resides in the city of Chicago.
