Emily Goff, Ph.D.

Emily Goff holds a PhD from the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota. She coordinated a nationwide U. S. Department of Education grant-funded initiative to disseminate innovative best practices to increase retention and graduation for students with disabilities and to measure the impact of these practices on student success. She has also worked extensively within academic libraries to assess and reimagine programs, spaces, and services. In addition to providing pedagogical training for trainers at colleges, universities, and libraries across the country, she is a prolific researcher and writer. She has authored dozens of works including books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed articles on inclusive education, program evaluation, Universal Design, and Integrated Multicultural Instructional Design. Her evaluation and project management services are sought by higher education and nonprofit clients because of her skills in evaluating the impact of services on targeted outcomes and her ability to train others to use and disseminate proven evaluation tools.
