Supervisors have a unique and critical role in shaping the workplace experience of employees. This course highlights the role of empathy and outlines inclusive communication strategies when working with underrepresented and underserved employees. Supervisors will be encouraged to reflect on and recognize personal bias, how it impacts supervision and strategies for mitigating bias.
