Meet The Team

Kathy O'Neil

DJA Consultant, is the Associate Director at the Loyola Notre Dame Library in Baltimore, Maryland.  In addition to leading research and technology services and acting as the Secretary for the Library’s 12-member Board of Trustees, Katy has co-authored and implemented a three-year technology plan with a colleague from Loyola University Maryland’s Technology Services Department to support the transition of the Library into an innovative center of learning.   Katy also redefined financial management and data analytics practices to provide the Library’s Board of Directors with information to better inform decision-making. She regularly speaks on topics of innovation, strategic planning, culture change, and leadership development. Her current interests focus on transforming user performance and institutional capability through inclusive learning experiences and environments to more effectively reach and engage diverse audiences. Katy started her career as a Human Resources and Organizational Development leader and has led large change initiatives in Fortune 500 companies like PepsiCo, Inc. and Fannie Mae. 

Katy earned her Master’s in Library Science from University of Maryland’s College of Information Studies and her Master’s in Business Administration from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
