Dr. Emily Goff, DJA Senior Consultant, is an experienced program evaluator, strategic planner, and facilitator. She began her career as an educator and translator in Brazil before completing her PhD in Work and Human Resource Education at the University of Minnesota. She is passionate about ensuring access to quality programs and services and has worked extensively within academic libraries to assess and reimagine programs, spaces, and services. In addition to her work in planning and facilitation, she has authored dozens of works on inclusive education, program evaluation, Universal Design, and Integrated Multicultural Instructional Design. She brings unique skills in evaluating the impact of services on targeted outcomes and particularly enjoys helping others to use and disseminate proven evaluation, planning, and management tools.
