Christianne Sykes, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, holds a Business Marketing degree from San Francisco State University. With over 12 years of managing and elevating experiences across several mediums, she combines her passion for diversity and inclusion with expertise in creative planning, producing, and engagement. Drawing from her background in media and event production, global employee programming, and DEI initiatives as a former Employee Resource Group leader and founder, she advocates for inclusive narratives and authentic storytelling. Committed to creating impactful experiences, she is passionate about pushing boundaries to bridge industries and embodies a spirit of innovation and diversity.

As the Creative Program Manager, Christianne works towards achieving DeEtta Jones & Associate's creative and marketing initiatives, meticulously aligning them with DJA's brand identity. She oversees the production calendar for all creative content, ensuring adherence to DJA's quality standards across various platforms including videos, podcasts, blogs, design updates, and social media. Christianne adeptly manages and evaluates creative and marketing resources, ensuring high standards of excellence and scalability, while fostering close collaboration with stakeholders to refine processes, enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness, and achieve company goals.
