Christianne Sykes

Christianne Sykes, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, holds a Business Marketing degree from San Francisco State University. With over 12 years in managing and enhancing experiences across various mediums, she combines her passion for diversity and inclusion with expertise in creative planning, producing, and engagement. Drawing from her background in media and event production, global employee programming, and managing DEI initiatives as an Employee Resource Group founder and former leader in the tech industry, she advocates for quality experiences and inclusive storytelling.

As the Creative Program Manager, Christianne works towards achieving DeEtta Jones & Associates' brand and marketing objectives, aligning them with DJA's brand identity. Through collaborative efforts with stakeholders, streamlining program processes, and ensuring project delivery, she oversees the production of creative content shared across DJA platforms, including videos, podcasts, blogs, design updates, and social media.
