How long is this course and what is the format?

The program runs for 2 weeks and includes a mix of self-paced modules and live virtual workshops. You’ll learn key concepts on your own schedule, then practice coaching and feedback skills in live sessions with expert facilitators.

What is the time commitment?

Expect to spend 3–4 hours per week, which includes watching short videos, completing exercises, and participating in live practice sessions.

What if I can't attend a live session?

All live sessions are recorded. You’ll have access to them during the course, along with the ability to review practice tools and resources as you apply them on the job.
