Cyrus is an innovative and impactful equity, diversity and inclusion strategist whose passion for the field stems from a belief and skillset in empowering communities to reach their full potential.
Prior to becoming the Learning and Development Manager at DJA, Cyrus made his impact as a higher education professional with experiences including leading campus programs and initiatives, chairing conferences, designing and facilitating mentorship programs, and undergraduate course instruction. While operating at the university level, Cyrus also designed and delivered impactful EDI services for dozens of clients, from K-12 to corporate, as a core member of the DJA faculty.
As the Learning and Development Manager, Cyrus will oversee DJA’s vast array of transformative learning and professional development solutions - Leaning into client relationships and utilizing those connections in the creation and implementation of quality and engaging materials.
