Outstanding course. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to participate. I wish there had been a third day in person! I would have liked to dig into toxic positivity and also touch on a very tricky subject: where to draw the line between empathy and inclusiveness v knowing when to say this is too much/too far. I am looking forward to going back to the materials and catching up where I missed. Thank you for giving us extended access. Thank you for your expertise and fantastic facilitation. I particularly appreciated how you always stayed positive and responded warmly and thoughtfully to everyone's comments. That created a psychologically safe space and was a master class in meeting facilitation. I am also impressed by your deep well of knowledge — and your recall! You were never at a loss and always offered salient and useful responses and suggestions. Thanks also for mentioning some of the experts and books you pulled from. I wonder if offering a reading list with brief annotation ("This book is useful for X.") might be welcomed by participants. Though perhaps things like that can be found on your blog, which I am interested in perusing. Thank you so much. This has been impactful and will elevate my game and thereby will boost my confidence in challenging situations.
