Who is this course for?

How long is this course and what is the format?

The program runs for 2 weeks and combines self-paced modules with live virtual workshops. You’ll learn concepts on your own schedule, then apply them in interactive sessions with expert facilitators and peers.

What is the time commitment?

Expect to spend about 3–4 hours per week between the self-paced modules, live workshops, and practice activities. The design is flexible enough to fit into a busy manager’s schedule.

What if I can't attend a live session?

All live workshops are recorded, and you’ll have access to them during and after the course. While live participation is encouraged for deeper practice and feedback, you won’t miss out if you can’t attend in real time.
