Who is this course for?

This course is designed for brand-new managers, supervisors, or team leads, as well as those who may have some experience but little to no formal training. If you’re stepping into people management for the first time—or want to strengthen the basics—this course is for you.

How long is this course and what is the format?

The program runs for 2 weeks and combines self-paced learning modules with two live 90-minute workshops led by expert DJA faculty. You’ll learn core concepts on your own, then apply them in live sessions with guided practice and peer perspectives.

What is the time commitment?

Plan to spend 3–4 hours per week, which includes watching short videos, completing exercises, and participating in live workshops. The program is designed to fit alongside your regular workload.

What if I can't attend a live session?

All live sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to them for review. While we encourage attending live for the interactive practice and coaching, you won’t miss the content if your schedule doesn’t allow it.

What will I walk away with?

By the end of the course, you’ll have:
