Lexi Seals-Johnson has a passion for building and sustaining relationships in organizations. She has studied and worked in the EDI space both in higher education as well as consulting for small businesses and nonprofits.
She previously worked in higher education with a specialty in project management for the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, where she received her B.S. in Business Management. Throughout her education and employment, Lexi has dedicated herself to organizational change through increasing efficiency and changing inequitable practices.
