Reducing the Negative Impact of Bias in the Workplace Program Description
Bias impacts us all. More importantly, bias is the invisible hand that limits our ability to experience breakthrough results and reach our goals.
In this course, you will learn about different kinds of bias, why bias exists, and explore examples of subtle and not-so-subtle ways that bias can curtail Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in workplace settings.
You will learn about concepts that are popularly discussed right now, including topics like implicit bias and microaggressions.
By the end, you will gain specific tools and resources for addressing your own bias and that of others in your workplace in ways that are constructive, non-judgmental or shame-inducing, and lead to measurable change.
